I have worked with Tony over thirty (30) years. My most recent association with Tony was working on several construction projects. These included a Two Storey Commercial Building, a Bulky Goods Warehouse Development, and a Public School in NSW.
Tony is an excellent Builder, he is highly skilled in Construction. Tony has a thorough knowledge of the areas of Cost Planning, Work Health and Safety, Programming, and control of Subcontractors.
On a personal level, I have found Tony to be a very personable guy to deal with, respectful of others and possessing a strong moral character.

We have worked with Tony Preston on a Class 2 Residential 3 Storey building consisting of 10 apartments with Class 5 Commercial Space on Ground Floor, and a Class 7a basement carpark and Class 2 Residential, 2 x 3 Storey buildings consisting of 27 apartments with a Class 7a basement carpark.
Throughout the projects we found Tony to be a competent and professional Builder with technical expertise, attention to detail and a professional attitude.

I have been associated with Mr Tony Preston for the past 18 months on a construction project at The Entrance on the Central coast of NSW. The project had a construction value of approximately $6.2mil. It was a nine storey residential tower comprising 32 units and underground parking. Tony handled the project in an excellent manner, the project was successful for all concerned and of a high standard of finish.
