Consolidate with adjoining lots 18,000m2. Design and Development Management for mechanical work shop, truck wash and recycling facility in accordance with the clients brief including but not limited to:

- Planning Authority and Stakeholder Management - Develop value added strategies - Implementation and review - Development planning and feasibility - Risk Management Assessment and Strategies - Design Management - Procure and Manage Design Consultants - Value Engineering - Design compliance with Local Government Development Control Plans - Australian Standards, Building Code of Australia and Codes of Practice -Manage and Procure Development Application
