I have been associated with Mr Tony Preston for the past 18 months on a construction project at The Entrance on the Central coast of NSW. The project had a construction value of approximately $6.2mil. It was a nine storey residential tower comprising 32 units and underground parking. I really like this final plan! The repositioning of the door for bedroom 2 and the added glass sliding door in the hall has really opened up the space and allowed for a much more functional use of the area with the linen press and laundry space opening out into that section.
